If your home has any exterior wood doors they may swell when exposed to moisture, causing them to stick temporarily. Do not plane the door hastily as it will probably dry out and fit properly again when the humidity subsides.

Weather-stripping is provided around your door to provide you with the most efficient house possible. Do not remove any pads from the door frame and check this weather-stripping as the seasons change to make sure it fits tightly.

We also recommend the installation of storm doors to prevent leakage under doors during a driving rain.
