Stephen is a full-time Associate Broker / REALTOR(r) with the company's Springfield, Delaware County, PA office.

Admitted in both Pennsylvania and New York, Stephen is a seasoned ATTORNEY with many years of practice experience; much of which has been in the area of REAL ESTATE LAW, both RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL. He is also co-founder of Berean Properties, L.L.C., a real estate investment company. Stephen is also unique in that he feels just as comfortable wielding a sledge hammer, reciprocating saw, circular saw or framing nailer as he does negotiating and drafting a complex Agreement of Sale with numerous contingencies and multiple addenda. He knows and loves CONSTRUCTION almost as much as he knows and loves the real estate business.

On a personal note, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.) in Psychology, a Master of Social Work Degree (M.S.W.) and a Juris Doctor Degree (J.D. [Law]). He resides in Delaware County with his wife and two daughters and attends Calvary Chapel of Delaware County.

Stephen is a member in good standing of the Suburban West Realtors Association (formerly Delaware Valley Realtors Association), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, TReND (Multiple Listing Service), Delco Property Investors, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
