Valueguard provides comprehensive building inspections for new and resale single and multi-family residential properties, apartment complexes, and all types of commercial buildings. Our highly trained and knowledgeable inspectors will guide you through the property and explain the building's systems, general major component life expectancies, maintenance frequencies and any defects that are discovered.

All Valueguard inspections are performed using the American Society of Home Inspectors ® (ASHI) Standards of Practice and are covered by our errors and omissions insurance policy. In fact, our inspections exceed these Standards.

All site inspections are followed-up by a comprehensive written report that itemizes all of the information gathered at the time of inspection.

ValueGuard is a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Certified Firm and is a National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) Analytical Laboratory. ValueGuard also does radon testing in Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey.

If necessary, ValueGuard will send a licensed professional engineer to evaluate the integrity of foundations and the other structural components of the home. Of course, a full written report describing the problem and the recommended repair strategies is always provided. ValueGuard can also provide civil engineers to help with complex lot and/or soil problem and issues associated with ponds, rivers, lakes, docks and seawalls.
