The Median is an ultra wide dispersion, phase coherent dialogue speaker for home theater. The Medians natural detailed sound and extended frequency response is accomplished using vareo vent loading and two high technology woofers. The heavily braced cabinet provides the perfect platform for the drivers to launch time aligned and uncolored sound. Dynamic capabilities have not been slighted either - the median can easily handle 150 - 200 watts and master the most demanding movie sound attack.
Our primary goal was the seamless integration of the dialogue speaker with the L/R speakers. This was accomplished by the careful design of the crossover. The Median seamlessly integrates with diverse home theater and audio speakers.
The Median is available in a basic satin black and plus finishes (a rich color pallet of subtle clear coat metallic finishes). Also available is the Median2000 model, which incorporates driver and crossover upgrades aimed at the discerning user who demands the ultimate performance. The Median2000 includes plus level finish as standard.
